Hi,

it is so that if you eat really little for a while your body simply will resist a lot of food or very heavy food. this is because if you dont eat for a while and you start eating a lot all of a sudden you will get sick. Your body doesnt want that to happen so your appetite will go away.

It also could be that you just didnt feel like the food anymore. I always have it when I cook a big dinner, the bigger the dinner the larger the chance I cant eat it. For me it seems that if I am cooking all day I cant eat at all anymore.

I think a lot of people have this so you are probably perfectly normal (doesnt that feel good)
