Hi Erica,
I will make at least 3 large dishes for the event...1 large pan of Scalloped Potatoes a large Lingunie salad and a Veggie tray.

Kevin has also volunteered to be the D.J. for the jamboree..Kevin normally D.J's for Jeff at Northern Lights Night Club on Friday nights, So I am sure it will be o.k. with Jeff.
