Melihari!

How was your Christmas? I am so curious, now. :) lol What kind of gifts did you get? What kind of traditions do you have with your family for Christmas? I did some research on it over the break and it seems like such a wonderful holiday to celebrate. Of course, I think maybe the meaning gets lost in all the materialism aroudn the holiday, because I didn't know there was a religious reason for the holiday from watching the commercials on tv.

It is so interesting to celebrate the birth of your deity. None of our deities were born, or at least, if they were, I've never heard of it in Dipamala. But, the priests are very wise and maybe they know. I have written to the head priest to ask him if they have birthdays. We celebrate special high holy days for our gods and if we celebrated their birthdays, too, well, no one would ever work. lol

Thank you. That's very sweet of you. I did get a letter from Mah and Parther this morning! It was so good to hear from them and the news of all the family (which isn't much. Things move pretty slow on the island and things do not change very much. lol)

LOL I'm glad you don't bite, because I have heard some strange stories about some very dark sims in an odd sort of religion or cult called, Vampers or something like that? They do bite, so if you move downtown, be careful to stay away from them, if the stories are true. lol

the hood is pretty

Tin, I know what you mean. It is the same on the islands. lol We don't have words for Mr. or Mrs., because everyone is just called Uncle (Patrah) or Auntie (Matrah). lol

So, is there a limit to how many posts we can make here? I didn't see that posted, but sometimes my simlish/English is not so good, so if I missed it, just start a new post and I will reply to it, ok?

wbs and tell me all about your holiday celebration.

Lahu,

Nic
