I definately can't have you hear if I have school at the same time, because you are a BIG distraction. lol jk Ok, well, I will let you know. My appointment with the consulate is tomorrow.

No. We just have alot of laws to protect the land. See, our island is more rain forest than any other kind of terrain. So, it's just laws about how much timber can be cut down a year, (which, unfortunately, makes housing very expensive), and how much fishing can be done, etc. We also have a large mining industry (diamonds and gold). So, basically that kind of work is strictly regulated and non-aboriginals can't do that kind of work.

Oh, that's the word I was trying to remember! Thank you! lol Semester. Hmm. That's hard to say. lol

I am so hooked on that soap. I love to watch Arrendale Heights. I got hooked my freshman semester, because it was on right after I got home from classes. I like to just relax for about an hour after class, before I start homework. He must be very sad about his dad. That is neat that he wants to be in the same business.

I'm fine. I must've caught a cold, so I stayed home and slept alot today, but I'm feeling a little better right now. At least I'm not coughing as much. I'm really worried that I missed my classes, though. And, I was supposed to help my friend, Nessa, pick out an outfit for this special date she's going on and now I can't. Wah! I hate being sick. Thank goodness that doesn't happen often. I think I caught a cold when I first came here, too, if I remember right. I wonder if I'm allergic to the air conditioner on the plan or something? hmm, wierd.
Oh, I wanted to ask you something. What is the meaning of your name? Did you get it from your family? Or did your mom look it up and find a special meaning? I was just curious, because it's so unusual. I've never heard Lyndon before I met you.
My "real" name is Ng*Caima Hi*maya, but I changed it to Nicole Humphrey when I moved, so that everyone could pronounce it. lol The * is where a tongue-click would be pronounced. We only click on proper names, proper place names and any deification (a god's name or holy object).

*blush* Stop. lol You're making me laugh so hard, my stomach hurts. lol, lol
Bih (I) lahubun (love) dulu (you), ima (too). :)
You want to say "Lahubun", if you mean romantic love. Lahu is the friendship kind of love. (I hope you meant the other kind, because I do)
