Well, our website says a little bit about the hood-though it's old, and we have old SUN News on the Local News board if they want to read about that and our hood president can send them any information they want.

Question: It is almost simday-Monday, the one day to move onto an empty lot. I am thinking of purchasing a condo downtown-I'd take out a loan to do it, but...how do you feel about downtown living. There are two condos I'm looking at. One is a nice loft, rooftop garden, high ceilings, great location-near lots of clubs. The other is a two bedroom, two bathroom and a bonus room with a nice view of the park. Or would you rather stay in the suburbs?
