We all met up Friday night for dinner at a Restaurant. First there were three and three, who didn't quite get that they belonged together, until the seating host called us, LOL. And yes, we know it's our fault, since we did not wear blue feather boas...
A little later, a little red sportscar zipped up; first we thought it was Harm, but actually, it was Mkim! She turned out to be lots of fun, so we kept her anyway! :-D

We spent Saturday and Sunday morning at Doc's and Maddie's beautiful home.
Doc did a lot of THIS:



...and the rest of us constantly looked like THIS:



Lisa, IndyKat, rmhlrkr, Janlaw, and Mkim excited about the Pumpkin Walnut Pancakes. Any envy and drooling on their keyboards by readers of this post is entirely... intentional!!

Apart from enjoying the wonderful food, we had a lot of fun getting to know each other, talking about (and swooning over) Harm, discussing fanfiction, Harm and Mac, family, Harm, dogs, the ship, Harm, and, uh, Harm! :-) Occasionally Janlaw and Mkim would wander off into the depths of the Navy world, while the rest of us nodded along, trying to look knowledgable, LOL!
Later-on, we migrated down to Doc's basement, where she keeps her big screen TV, and swooned and drooled over a life-sized Harm, melted all over again watching Lifeline (and collectively hated Bugme!)!!

Of course, Harm was around, too - lots and lots of him. Check this out:

Our warmest Thanks go out to the resident HB baker of Harm treats, Mar, for sending us these incredible goodies, even though she couldn't join us!

Unfortunately, Sunday afternoon came way too soon, and we all had to say Goodbye and rejoin RL! We all decided to volunteer Doc for the next Midwest meeting again!! (Hmm. not sure whether we actually informed her about it...)

A big Thank you again to Doc (and Maddie) for hosting this wonderful meeting, giving us all a chance to meet and get to know each other, and all the work you did for us preparing these incredible dishes!! Girls, it was a blast!!
