Nice try about the Fisk thing...but my degrees hanging on my wall proove otherwise!! Showing photos of me in cap and gown aren't going to proove a damn thing....as I still have my cap and gown and could go to a park or any university and take a photo....or have you forgotten that i have friends in graphics and can put myself in any setting. My degree hanging on the wall and my transcripts proove that I did go to Fisk...so unless you can get someone from Fisk to come up here and say otherwise..shut your trap!!

Well it "prooves" to me that your "degree" is only about as good as the paper it's printed on because if you can't even spell a little word like PROVE (look it up if you can) then how good of an education can it be? Say thank-you to your friends in graphic arts...because I am sure that's where you got it. (BTW...I think someone contacted Fisk, where the ORIGINAL records are kept. Wouldn't they have a record of your degree too?)

I, personally, am not jealous. I have no need to be and I certainly don't fear you or anyone else (that's why the good Lord made Mr. Smith & Mr. Wesson)

What I do fear is having my GOOD name drug thru the mud, my photo cut & pasted over goodness knows what and becoming the laughing stock that you have.

Also, isn't it a little premature to be sending legal papers on something that hasn't been awarded to you yet? The USPTO website only says that you have FILED. You haven't been awarded anything yet. It also says that it can take up to a year to be awarded a trademark, heck, it takes 3 weeks to process just the filing! If you applied on July 20th, I doubt they've even started on it!

Read the FAQ's...it says just because you FILED and its listed as a filing, that does not mean that you are GRANTED the trademark.
