It`s this freedom of speech thing.As long as we don`t plan violence over the internet then the authorities can`t touch us. If we damage something by hacking or spamming alot then we can be procucuted but just saying that we don`t like muds is perfectly legal or jails everywhere would be bursting by now. If however I named a specific nigger, gave out his details, and encouragesd you to harm hom then I would be a criminal in the eyes of the law.
