John,the HTML is very complex as far as mouse trailer text is concerned but below is a link to the script needed to make a mouse trailer slogan.

So as you can see there`s heaps of typing to get through.I have done it once and there is a trailer slogan which follows my mouse on the header page of my website.You have to get EVERYTHING right though-one little dot or comma in the wrong place and my experience tells me it doesn`t work.
The end result is cool,sure it is,but it is one fucking royal pain in the butt to do it.I can do more spectacular HTML with much less effort required than for a mouse trailer.
