Subject: He frowned a little when she said she was fine- he was perfectly able to tell by the ever so discreet tremble to her voice that she wasn;t fine- but he didn;t make a point of it- just let her carry on as he pulled his dirty shirt over his head and threw it into the laundry basket. "They did?" He wasn;t really sure what to say for her... he'd let himself get fairly attatched to the baby in her stomach, but he had managed to distance himself before the end- come to terms with what was going to happen- but he was just a bystander- he couldnt really imagine what it'd be like for her, and he was fairly hopeless when it came to matters of the heart.

  • She pulled out a pair of lounging pants from the drawer and shimmied out of her jeans, tugging the other pants on quickly before she pulled on a Cami instead of the shirt she had on before. More comfortable now, she drew her hair back into a low pony tail at the nape of her neck and then answered him. "Yeah...got it in the mail today." She glanced over to the bed where the picture was, her eyes closed for a second before she spoke again, her voice a little bitter and slightly agitated. "Just kinda looks like me I guess, she has curly hair though...must have gotten that from her father...definately can't tell who that is by looking at her..probably some guy who only paid up once or something."
