Subject: He had been watching her approach intently, so much so that he didn't even notice when she replaced his scotch with water, until it was too late, then he nearly choked on his protest. His nose wrinkled in disdain and he set the water bottle on the counter, holding out a hand to get his drink back - he wasn't smiling, but he wasn't raging, and that said enough in and of itself. "My liver and I have an understanding." His gaze shifted a little as well though at the sound of the door opening and he was struck by a little bit of relief. Something about this girl kind of scared him - like she wasn't appropriately intimidated by him, despite his gruff, dark demeanor, and he didn't know why.

"It doesn't understand why your suddenly drowning it in alcoholic substances." Her voice was soft on that part before she looked up as Joey as entered the room. He smirked lightly, noting the two interacting. Having Cam around was good for everyone here, she provided such a sweet, fresh outlook on life as they knew it. "I see you met our residant therapist."
