Subject: She got the feeling she wasn;t going to get along with the girl- but there was nothing much new there. She let her eyes flicker to Joey, moving between the pair of them before hopping down off the counter- not able to deal with the long awkward silence, and taking her joint and her beer out onto the back porch, picking up the blanket off the back of the couch as she went. Once out there she sat down on the floor cross legged, setting her beer infront of her and tugging the blanket around her shoulders and legs.

She let out a soft breath as he spoke before she shook her head, resting her hand on his arm. "I have to at least try." With that she headed out, out onto the porch, closing the door behind her.
