He agreed, and watched her stand before slowly shifting to his feet as well, pausing for a moment at her words. "It's the least I can do, you know?" He didn't get called a 'good guy' too often, but he could see how she might have that impression. She would figure out the truth soon enough though, he knew - everyone always did. It never took him long to mess things up in one way or another. "Sure. We can stop for snacks if you want anything - I'm a little low on food myself at home..."
