  • She felt horrible - it was not something she'd done on purpose, she had never intended to go to bed with him more than once, and then she just figured things would work out okay - lots of people did it, and never had to deal with a pregnancy. "I didn't do it on purpose." She laid on her back still, staring at the ceiling. "I shouldn't panic too much yet, though. This could just be a flu, like I said." She didn't think of it in terms of "we" - this was not something he had to deal with, it was a being dwelling in her body, and he had no real connection to it as far as she was concerned..
