Subject: The idea of someone wanting to be around her for a long term period of time was just inconceivable to her. She had been used and tossed aside her whole life and it was like she was just waiting for Rio to be done with her also. She settled easily against his chest, her head resting back on his shoulder as she closed her eyes and relaxed in his strong embrace. A smile played over her lips absently, the baby still moving beneath Rio's hands but at a much calmer pace now. "Well...if you want to fight them, then who am I to tell you no?" She questioned, a teasing tone to her voice. It was amazing how much she turned into her real self around him.

  • He smirked gently at her teasing tone, watching her a moment, glad she had stopped crying and was even so much as smiling now. He loved that he could do that- make her smile. "You have the most amazing smile... " He wasn;t really one to get soppy and sentimental... he was always just quietly attentive and caring, never hugely open about his feelings, in the past at least.
