Subject: The furrow in his brow that had developed while he'd waited for it to ring once.. twice, slowly dissappeared as he finally heard her voice on the other end of the line, clear, calm, and obviously okay - physically anyways, as far as he could tell. "Lacey?" Of course it was her, he rolled his eyes at himself a little bit, clearing his throat. "You didn't call this morning.. I was worried." He was starting to sound like a fretful mother more than anything.

  • She chewed at her lip a little, tears springing to her eyes as soon as she heard him. She hadn;t called him because Jasons demand was still fresh in her mind... that she call him and tell him she couldnt see him anymore. She draws her knee's up to her chest and rests her head on her knees, twisting her long hair over her bare shoulder with a little sniffle. "I was in the library..."
