Subject: She let her brow furrow softly, knoting her slender fingers in her long silken hair as she spoke. "No... I'm okay... I just... " She closed her eyes tightly as she tried to work this through in her head. She just didn't know what to do... she was so torn. "I don;t think I can see you again Ryan... I'll send you the cell phone back...I'm so sorry" She bit her lips together against the tears, swallowing them back as she fisted her free hand in her hair tightly, still burrying her face in her knees. She hoped her brothers were satisfied.

  • The furrow only deepened as he flailed desperately to comprehend what she'd said - he hadn't seen this coming, that was for sure.. so he couldn't understand it. He fisted his fingers a little bit, pressing his lips together and letting out a long sigh. "I don't understand, Lacey.. why don't you come down to the beach tonight and we'll talk about this?"
