  • He didn't want to hear her saying that she was sorry, because that made it sound like it was actual over, all finalized and other sorts of horrible things. He let another long sigh drift over his lips. "I'll meet you there.." He wanted to protest some more, kick up more of a fuss, but that could wait until he saw her face to face.
