  • She frowned a little bit at that, but let him hold her - the feeling and desire would not, likely, be there in the morning. It was a here and now sort of thing, and his lack of serious interest seemed to lead her to stray toward thoughts of lower self esteem - she wasn't likely as pretty as the girls he was used to sleeping with, or probably as experienced either - but she would have been less hurt if he'd come out and said it.
