Subject: She shook her head, though she allowed herself to rest back against his chest for just a second before she straightened again. "No..Lacey has her own stuff to take care of, this is my job." She offered him a slight smile, her tongue running across her dry lips before she shifted to put the chicken into the oven and then headed over to the counter to peel the potatoes. "Are you hungry?" She questioned, her eyes drifting back again to him before she focused back on the potatoe in her hand.
