There had been a kid on their block he;d tried to take under his woing once only to have the kid steal all his cash and Rio had had to go beat him down to get it back. Rio went throught hese things pretty quickly- Nina was the only perminant fixture in his life... and had been for the past seven years. "He likes weak little things he can look after.
