When you download a baby off a website you have to put it in the 'Grandma's house' folder on your computor. to get to this you can go to my computor, NKA1 (C:), program files, mindscape, babyz, Grandma's house. then put your baby in that file. hopefully they will then when you open your game you can get your downloaded baby out of 'grandma's house. I hope this works because it took quite a long time to type. good luck louise! (-:
