] Date Posted: 16:59:38 01/28/07 Sun I just watched you on KET and I have a question for you or anyone who knows the answer. I am an art teacher and we are going to be making didgeridoos in 5th grade and I noticed that you created a mouthpiece out of gourds. What kind of a mouthpiece is needed. When researching it just said that the aborigine used a wood that termites had hollowed out. We are using carpet tubes but if there is something that can be used inside of the carpet tube to make it sound like an authentic didgeridoo I would love to know what is needed to create the sound. P.S. I love the segment your work is beautiful! Michelle [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |

Date Posted: 09:27:06 02/02/07 Fri Beez Wax can help you make a really nice mouth piece! Roll it out in long 1/4" tubes and press it into shape. I hope this helps >I just watched you on KET and I have a question for >you or anyone who knows the answer.
