Yes, the Troc-Mar was on Lake Ave with the railroad in it's backyard. The building is still there. There is Village Realty and another storefront facing the street and along side (where there is parking for the railroad) I know there was a laundromat and maybe something else. They renovated the other floors which are now condos.
