I thought "Yummy" came out in 68 but I'd have to check to say for sure. Some 45s are worth a lot of money if they were special promotional copies, picture sleeves, or a particular label. There may have been some limited production releases before but I believe the first stereo 45 was "Hello I Love You" by the Doors. I still have a collection of 45s and occasionally I'll purchase an original copy of a song on 45 even though I have a remastered version on CD. Sometimes the remastering brutalizes original songs ("Red Rubber Ball" without the organ (or harmonium)? Blasphemy!). As vinyl records are now for the most part obsolete, 45s in good condition command a good dollar as they usually led a harder life than their album cousins.
