I'm a rider (of horses) and although it is my passion, I'm sadly only able to ride on Sundays at this time. Which means sometimes on Mondays, I feel like my legs and lower back have been put through some medieval torture! As a teen, I went to riding camp for several summers and we thought nothing of riding 4-6+ hours a day - whether it was formal lessons or just a romp through the woods, or even swimming with the horses (yes, swimming!), we were on horseback all day. That would probably kill me at this point!
