I have a thought or two on your problem. You must get rid of your girl-wanting-to-be-a-guy gender identity in order to be fulfilled. The best way to achieve this is by having that girl gender identity come to despise men. You can do this by focusing on your girl gender identity and implanting as many anti-male feelings as you can. As most anti-male feelings in women usually originate with their fathers, you can begin there and work forward. Concentrate and imagine your father cheating on your mother and assaulting your poor mother with a cast iron skillet. Then imagine him beating you with a curtain rod for no reason other than his own sadistic pleasure. Then imagine yourself a bit older and being punched in the face and raped by a guy you've been friendly with at work and thought you could trust, in the parking garage of the building you both work in. You get the idea -- keep thinking up and visualizing little scenarios like this and in no time at all, you'll come to hate men, thereby eliminating your girl gender identity's desire to be one, and this will solve your whole problem!
