Hair and Makeup is allowed but MUST BE AGE APPROPRIATE!!! NO BIG PAGEANT HAIR!
No EXTREME MAKEUP is allowed. (points will be deducted for excessive makeup)
Judges will be highly qualified.
Their decisions will be final.
Bad Sportsmanship will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave without a refund.
No checks accepted at the door.
