Date Posted: 18:43:48 05/17/05 Tue upon arriving, solmar, my warriors and myself got out and we each had a swig of beer before we went. after making sure our swords were as sharp as possible we started the hike up the mountain. on the way up, solmar summoned 2 9-foot tall demons that he said would last us about 2 hours- hopefully long enough. when we reached the top, we looked down into the valley. the dragon was sleeping in her cave. as we approached the cave, which was a good walk away, the dragon started moving and thrashing about. i ordered everyone to run. as i got closer, i saw that there was a man backed up into a corner, blindly swinging a golden sword around. as we got within 10 yards of the cave, the dragon wheeled around and charged us. strangely, the small man looked terrified but unscratched. anyway, as the dragon charged, the demons stood in front to protect their master- solmar. that gave solmar time to mutter a spell. just as the dragon released its blast at the demons, an icy wave shot out and the frozen fire fell harmlessly to the ground. things were looking up, but there was no telling what would happen...
