Brute listens to the two talk. He wanted to give some advice of his own, but he was not wise in these matters. But...wait. He was..at least in one respect. His neice, Faile. Gold stepped forward to add his own two cents.

*It is true. You must go and give her the chance to love you. If you give up on her then you will never know if she still loves you.*

He pauses, unsure is he should contiue with this terrible subject, but his knew that he must.

*I know it will be hard.....for you and her, but if you don't try then they chance will never come. She will not search for you, you must search for her.*

Another pause came in here, but not for thought...he just couldn't force himself to continue. He just kept remembering how Faile had looked when she had finally forgiven him--she had looked like it pained her to do so. He couldn't tell Storm to go into that, but on the other hand if he didn't then he will be forever inprisoned by his own indecition. Gold leaves off here, to let what he said sink in.
