Punt is: dit is een kanaal gereserveerd voor Publieke Lokale TV. Tenzij een ander dus de functie overneemt
(wellicht als Stadsradio Den Haag binnenkort op de schop gaat of verdwijnt? ) kun je daar niet vanaf komen...de programmaraad kan al helemaal niets doen. Publieke lokale en regionale tv evenals Ned1-2-3 en VRT1-en 2 zijn Must Carry zenders waar de programmaraad niets over te zeggen heeft....
