This pageant was not at all how it was explained. Natural beauties were in the same pageant as glitz but parents were told that there were going to be 2 different scorings. In the final scoring both glitz and natural scores were combined and the highest scores won the titles. "Coincidentally" only the glitz won the titles. According to the directors the natural were going to compete against each other and the glitz were going to compete against each other so each should have had their own titles. This was not the case. No natural beauties walked away with any of the mini or grand supreme titles. Not to mention the cover model contest for the program book was not fair either. There should have been one natural beauty winner and one glitz winner. Again this looks like natural was competing against glitz when we were told differently. My daughter was supposed to be competing in a natural pageant against other natural contestants which is what I paid my money for. I feel misled and lied to. Be careful when applying for pageants that have natural and glitz competing. Although the info you receive may say one thing it may turn out to be what you least expect.
