When I was pregnant I was one of those who read what to eat/not eat when your expecting. I really tried to go by what I read, but that was just the decision that I made. My son ended up being diagnosed with Down syndrome. My point is that even sometimes doing everything by the book doesn't make everything "normal" or "perfect" (which my son is by the way)! : ) I really don't think that Dianthe or anyone that is pregnant for that matter would really put their baby at risk. Seriously. Remember, Dianthe did ask her dr. about kickboxing while pregnant.
