I guess since I am at the same stage as D in my pregnancy, when people say something ugly like that to her, I feel like it is also being said to me. My tummy looks EXACTLY like her tummy does. I have been kind of upset because I only gained 3 pounds and people keep telling me "aww your cute bump" so then I think "Ok, have I been walking around looking like I am 3 months pregnant this whole time??

What I have found out (ELIZ) is that some people (like myself) get big right at first and carry that shape for a long while before growing any more. My doctor told me that it was perfectly normal. That while your scale may not show a large gain, your body is shifting, preparing for this sweet baby. It is like when you work out alot, you may not lose pounds at first, but you lose inches. So maybe we are not gaining pounds, but as our bellies reshape, we gain inches.

I don't know why you (Eliz) feel the need to be so negative. You were very tacky in your email, why did you feel the need to comment? Are you her bff?? Are you seriously worried about her or do you just feel the need to pass on judgement?

Dianthe, I say bring on the Ben and Jerry's baby!! Let's enjoy this while we can huh! And we both know how much we love our unborn children and we would not ever do anything to hurt them. How much fun would your blog be if all we heard was "I ate two salads and lots of fruit today" I like hearing stuff I can relate to!

Have a good day!
Shauna
