Trust me, there are no disturbances when I use Aquakinesis. Though, from my study, I found out that no single person could obtain all of these. Okay, just think with me: To obtain all of those powers, no one could be that powerful. I know for sure that there's Pyrokinesis (fire), Aquakinesis (water),... it goes on. For the whole "kinesis" family, visit http://groups.msn.com/MentalPsychicPowers/home.htm. Even though I myself am a psychic, even I have doubts about the kinesises. For example, Lunakinesis (controlling the clouds)? Please... But I do believe most of these are real. This site also has pictures (major bonus) and so far I've only seen them show Telekinesis pics but they have others.
