Only finished 250 reps. I hit the one hour mark and stopped. Comments:

Most important: use locks on the plates. Especially during floor wipers they will slide right off.
I started with 135 on the bar and then lowered it to 115. It was still hard.
Be careful with the dead lifts, protect your back.
I thought I could do the floor wipers from the bench. I was wrong. Do them on the floor. Having someone else there really helps get the weight in the air.
I don't have KBs so I used 35# free weights.
I took a lot of breaks. Sets like 10/20/20 or 20/20/10. They weren't kidding about the blood being in the wrong parts of your body.
I'm not really sore but I am exhausted. I've never sweat that much just doing weights.
I don't know how anyone could do that in 18 minutes.

On an unrelated note, still can't wear pants because I am so excited for Vegas. Last night I looked like Carl from ATHF wearing my sweatpants (do I hear halloween costume?). Hafer, do you think the weather in LV supports blazers? I am also against dress pants. If they won't let us wear jeans then F them. Perhaps someone who doesn't do anything at work all day could look into dress codes for us -Hafer ;-)

As for the OG dress code, I'm wearing pure silk pants, commando.
