Jono - my flight (Jetblue 286) arrives from Long Beach in Vegas at 6:53. You wanna wait for me to hitch a ride to the grand monte carlo together? I'm planning on fitting all my stuff in a garment bag - although i'm planning on checking it due to the gay liquids rule.

Hafer, will you be my accountabilibuddy in Vegas? I pity Joo's accountabilibuddy for the trip.

Tourney: Duke is soooooo bad, again they have no athletes. That game was great - i loved the elbows Maynor kept ramming (pun intended) down dook's throat. You will never be a good team with Fag Paulus as your primary ball handler (although i will admit he shot well). He is too slow, shoots too poorly from the line (6-11), and turns the ball over waaaaay too much (6 tos). all in all, in made my night.

Jono, any coincidence that you are moving to KC and you picked Kansas this year?

For those in the philly area - philly film fest is from april 5-15ish and somewhere in there is a documentary on the daily collegian. i've never been, but i'd be curious about the quality of films at the festival.

I see that Levi Brown is #8 to Houston on a lot of mock draft boards - if he is the 8th best player in the draft, imagine how bad our line would have been last year without him. ugh.

Soccer: Jono, PSV (the big team in the area I studied abroad in) will crush Pool, although the lack of Alex will really hurt the defense. All the English teams got nice draws - i'm glad Bayern and AC Milan are playing each other, I hate both those teams.

Probably only for Jono and Hafer, have you guys read any of these books as I'm considering checking some of them out:

How Soccer Explains the World: An Unlikely Theory of Globalization by Franklin Foer
Offside: Soccer and American Exceptionalism. by Andrei S. Markovits
Soccer in Sun and Shadow, New Edition by Eduardo Galeano

Lastly, this is a great series of videos on youtube. There are three in total so far, and you could argue that they have better production quality than the Street Fighter movie itself (sfw). Enjoy:
