disabling the "quote message in reply" option - where the OP shows up in the message box preceded by >> signs - always makes people think there's more text inside the post when in fact it's just a duplicate.

And possibly increasing the character limit for the subject box - I notice it's 100 - a lot of people just don't like clicking on the subject to read the text. Mine was set at 800, in case you were wondering.

I know you're not intending this to be a clone of mine - heaven forbid - but people always do complain about small character limits.
