The mare's brown eyes stopped becoming opaque when he replied. She sensed deep sympathy emanate from him, along with his own burden. Illusion arched her neck fowards as he started to tell his own sad story. Her ears pricked around in all directions, agitated, and finally settled to face fowards.
The first sentence surprised her as she heard of his dam and sire's occupation. He was certainly not one that seemed to have been borne in between them. A lovely accident was the right word. How ironic was it...Then as it came to the horrific scene, she saw him try to block all of what had happened. When his story ended, an overwhelming feeling came over her. She couldn't place what it was, but it was a mix of anger, sadness, sympathy, and empathy.
There was nothing the fae could say. She didn't know what to say. "Dearest things can hold more than one can hold," Was all she could say. Stepping a few steps fowards, she stretched her neck and stroked his white neck with her muzzle. "I am sorry, Troy." Illusion said softly.

NOTE: Very trashy post. Yes. Very trashy. -_- Great posting, Troy ^^ Keep it up! I luffs your style!
