Cockatiel's store calcium in their leg bones to use later for laying eggs. So calcium must be given early on. You can feed calcium rich foods but it may be too late if she is now egg laying. I would watch her closely or see a vet for a calcium shot because she could get egg bond if there is no shell on the first egg.
