I agree with most of your points however in her case she also raises some babies. And many AR's NO matter if you breed any animal dog rabbit goat cow ect would label her also for it. I also am toatlly against Puppy Mills however I am not just an AKC breeder I'm also a liscense breeder who's inspected by our AKC, State & USDA and with that being said I don't feel ALL liscensed breeders should be called "PUPPYMILLS". I agree SOME ARE in even my opion just that and they make all of us look bad no matter how well treated our animals are. I also have said many times from kennels I have seen it was a good thing I was not their inspector or many would be shut down. But the issues are more then just WOC and the bad breeders liscensed or just operating under the radar. The goverment agencies need to start ENFORCING the regulations and the inspectors need to go by BLACK & WHITE RULES that should APPLY to everyone but don't. I also think the consumers need to WAKE up when they want these so called "TEACUP" which theres really NO SUCH thing. What do they expect but to get dogs with many many problems???? I think EDUCATION is the KEY not to just the millers but the consumer demanding the so called "TEACUPS". AND I say to them reading this now "NO WHERE EVEN ON AKC PAPERS OR BOOKS WILL YOU FIND THE TERM "TEACUP" SO THAT SHOULD LET YOU KNOW ITS A BIG FAT LIE and if you buy into it your the SUCKER. This is of course JMO and " Please don't bash me just because I am honest and PROUD of being a Breeder" and trying answer honestly to peoples questions.
