Donna is a great person very upfront. Her place is well kept and you must sanatize your hands befor touching the puppy's. I purchased a tiny from her as well she is from brazil too. No her puppies arent all from brazil they are also AKC registered. I have all the breeders info and have gotten in contact with the kennel club she is registered with no problems. She is 11 months old and weighs 2.4lbs. Donna told me she would not be more then three pounds. seems preety acurate. Remember it's not hard to register your dog with the AKC anybody can do it, so shop around and search for someone you feel comfortable with..
