Make sure you request ASAP that WOC refund you for your vet expenses for the kennel cough, coccidia and the costs associated with the dysplasia. Legally, they are required to refund you vet expenses up to the purchase price of the animal and you can still keep the dog. You have to notify them right away, so I suggest faxing them a letter so you have a confirmation that you notified them. Give them a time frame to refund the money (2 weeks is reasonable) and if they do not, file a complaint with the Department of Agriculture and the Attorney General.
