Cavaliers are very prone to a heart disease called MVD. I would bet a lot of money the parents of your puppy were not tested. They also are prone to syringomyelia. I belong to a web board at the following address www.ckcsboard.com/messageboard that I believe would beneficial to you.
In addition, there is no such thing as a tiny Cavalier. Cavaliers should weight between 13-18 lbs. Anything less than this is not a teacup; sorry to say but it's just called the runt of the litter being propped up with some slick marketing by WOC.
