They pretty much admitted that they could no longer afford the upkeep of TDS-3. My guess is that they cannot give you your money back because they are on the verge on bankrupcy. They are out of money. If they had the money to begin with, they would have continued the program. This of course does not excuse the moral backrupcy in ending TDS3 the way they did and treating their customers with such disdain.
