i still recall my first day there the christerning as they called thrown in the out side pool broke the ice as i hit it was there early 1970s recall the staff members was in tintern house and monmouth house great days out camping etc remeber torchy the night watch use to give us sweet as he did his rounds. also recall sick bastards who would shit or piss in ya bed or throw cig ends on ya bed in the nightlots of bi lads there had to watch ones self had polce contact me a few years back about the abuse that happened in there. sad days
