Subject: Abuse at st Gilbert's by the de sall brother

I was there for 3 years late 59 and the sexual and violent abuse was rife ,bro Joseph was the headmaster bro Roderick, bro Francis (one wicked bastard) he would cane you for looking at him ,and a woodwork teacher named Sam mead ,would hit you for nothing ,one of my jobs was to clean the brother toilet,and there was shite on the seat ,I wet the seat and washed it of ,and got a good hiding for wetting the seat off a old bastard the lived on the floor , bro Godfrey I think , the sexual abuse was rife ,my mom reported it to cardinal Newman and that fucker did nothing about it ,and social service did nothing , I would like to see the book they recorded the corporal punishment in, bet it did not say what bro Joseph did to me after gave me 6 strokes of the cane on a bear backside ,I can feel the blood running down my leg ,for having a fight ,the dirty bastard ,I went back in the 70s to say thank you to one if the house master mr frank whittle for helping me get into the army ,when it was introduced to the new headmaster ,I wished I had took my bayonet ,and when the priest would come on there retreat ,they would try sexually abuse you ,there is a lot more I could say ,about the hell hole ,but what's the point ,we where way ward little boy ,who did it deserve ,the violence and certainly not the sexual abuse ,
