Hi, Lin -

Eric Folkerth, a folk musician, and I believe a Methodist Minister from North Dallas, was the brains and a lot of the talent behind this one. Eric has a quite extensive webpage, and one of the links to his Dan Fogelberg performance is here

From there, you can navigate to several pages about the performance.

Thanks, Bernie - hope your grieving doesn't last too long and that Dan's music fills your heart, leaving no room for sadness.

Eric's tribute was on YouTube, but one part -- I think part 3, the portion with Run for the Roses -- has been removed because of "potential legal action." Did anyone record either the audio or video?

We'd love to have it if anyone can share.

Thanks,

admin

I just checked, and Run for the Roses is in part 4, along with To the Morning, which was very nice too. All the show clips are back on youtube now. Here is the link to part 4

Thanks for all your lovely websites about Dan. They are very much appreciated. His passing was heartbreaking. I will miss him dearly, but I will carry his songs and his spirit in my heart and soul forever.

Rest in peace Dan. We truly loved you!

Thank you for the link. It's good to see the complete tribute available for us to see and hear.

While visiting youtube, I noticed that the videos of Andy Gibb singing "Hard to Say" and "Leader of the Band" had also been returned to the web.

Thanks again, and in Dan's immortal concert-ending words, "Let it Shine, people!".

Dan is the greatest.Loved spending hours learning "Leader Of The Band", even though I don't get the chance to play it very often. Steve
