Rita Wedell is not affliated with this pageant! She is the Director of CARING ANGEL PAGEANTS, whose pageant is soley for charity. 100% of ALL Net Proceeds are given to the charities .. United Cerebral Palsy and Paals. To date they have raised over $3,000. Rita, the National Director is being honored by UCP for her hard work and dedication in the fall of 2010. The Caring Angel Pageant system is a breath of fresh air to all pageants. Should you have any concerns or questions regarding this pageant.... It would be best to direct them to the Director herself or to her board of Directors.

Rita Wedell is not affliated with this pageant! She is the National Director of Caring Angel Pageants which is an amazing pageant system. Honest director and one of the best pageants around!
