you took my money and have yet to send my sash's out to my delegates infact my Mrs. dropped out . YOu are killing me with my pageant I have the best reputation and now I am just sick that you took my money and have yet to send my my products. I have never put up a thing about anyone never have had to but, you take the cake Lord be with you

Yes, I agree! It is so stressful to not hear back form you Kimberly. It is all over the message boards that you are not reliable. Gee, you do great work but, you are hurting your business and everyone else. You should not have taken on the big gown project if you have a problem delivering sashes..You need to deliver and get back to your customers. That is good business. Thank you!

I actually lost a Mrs. du to the lack of comunication and going since March 3rd for an order. I had to find a reliable company. before damage to my own company. agree your sashs are beautiful but, if you don't send them all the pretty sashs won't matter if you don't get them to us. pif still waiting to be refunded all my money/. You seem really nice but, lack of communication is going to put your business under. good luck

I agree with you and feel very frustrated about not hearing from Kimberly. It is all over the message boards how she does not deliver and is hurting the pageant business. I know we can go elsewhere and I'm sure we all will. How can we trust she will deliver the gowns she is advertising now. Very sad because she does great work.

I'm so frustrated with the business ethic. How can Kimberly Carroll run a business like this? taking people's money and excuses after excuses... I hope God punish her for the things she is doing to people. Unfortunately, after experiencing the headache, I stated to look for reviews and NOT a SINGLE GOOD REVIES..I'm suffering because I lost my money! Using the bible quote on the website is just wrong!
